Heather Hadden, Pharmacist

Heather Hadden graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Pharmacy in 1984 and completed her Residency in Hospital Pharmacy in 1985 at Women’s College Hospital where she continued to work as a clinical pharmacist until 1988, while teaching U of T pharmacy students and residents. In 1988, she joined the Credit Valley Hospital and served in many clinical pharmacy positions until 2005. From 2005 until 2010, Heather was the pharmacy manager and manager of pharmacy education and patient adherence at the Specialty Care Pharmacy. Since 2007, she has been the clinical pharmacist at the Credit Valley Family Health Team and Medical Teaching Unit. She is a Teach Certified Smoking Cessation Counselor and is a part of the Lung Health team. Other areas of expertise include keeping patients active as Heather is also a Can Fit Pro Certified Group Instructor, Older Adult Fitness Specialist, Bone Fit Specialist, Certified Tabata Bootcamp Instructor as well as a Certified Nordixx Pole Walking Instructor.
